3. The working principle of dolomite ultrafine powder mill production line

Guilin Hong Cheng dolomite ultrafine powder mill has outstanding performance, the grinding ability can be improved and grain size range can be extended by adjusting the number of rollers and setting the parameters of classifier.

The pressure device in HLMX ultrafine vertical mill is designed and produced by adopting standard modules, The number of rollers in the mill can be 2,3,4, or 6 at most, and the rollers can be installed by adopting the method of permutation and combination to use the fewest standard modules to  produce multiple series of products.

The motor drives the reducer to rotate the millstone, the materials which are pushed to the space between rollers and millstone by centrifugal force are crushed, ground and smashed. Then the blower blows the powder to classifier , the large grain size powder falls down to be reground and the fine powder goes into pulse powder collector and is blown out through the pipes as finished product, the purified air is blown out through the pipes  above the pulse powder collector.
