Test method |
1. Particle size distribution: measured by micro laser particle size analyzer of Malvern company in the UK. 2. Average particle size: obtain the middle value of particle size with particle size distribution. 3. Specific surface area: the relative area of 1G powder converted from the average particle. 4. 325 mesh residue: filter 1000g sample on 325 mesh screen by wet method, and calculate the percentage. 5. False specific gravity: the measured value after dropping 50g of sample in 100C. C graduated cylinder 150 times from 5cm height. 6. Whiteness: compared with Mg0 (Mg0 = 100%), the whiteness is measured by daily c-300-3 whiteness. 7. Moisture: jis-k5101 100 ℃ for 2h 8. PH value: measured by C231 pH value meter produced by consort company of Italy. 9. Loss on ignition value: reduce the amount by burning the sample at 1000 ℃ for 1 hour. 10. Settlement volume: drop 15g of the sample, put it into a 100C. C measuring cylinder attached with a bolt, add water to 100C. C, shake it violently and keep it still for 1 hour, and then measure its settlement volume. (at 20 ℃) 11. Oil absorption: reduce 100g sample, add linseed oil and titrate to saturation. 12. DOP absorption: jis-5101 add DOP for titration until it is saturated. |
