The main raw material of expanded fly ash ceramsite in fly ash ceramsite production line is fly ash (accounting for 80% ~ 90%). The binder (shale powder, clay, bentonite, etc.) accounts for 10% ~ 20%, mixed with 3% ~ 5% additives, and is formed through mixing, granulation, roasting and other processes.
