China is a country with coal as the main energy. In the future, the energy structure dominated by coal in the power industry will not change, let alone reduce the consumption of coal. The power plant uses coal as the main fuel for power generation. The direct combustion of coal releases a large amount of SO2, resulting in atmospheric environmental pollution. The limestone gypsum desulfurization process has the advantages of simple process, advanced and reliable technology, and the sulfur efficiency is more than 95%. The by-product desulfurization gypsum has good quality and is the most widely used desulfurization process at home and abroad. Limestone powder is used as the medium to absorb SO2, and its fineness has a great impact on the desulfurization rate. The smaller the particle size, the more conducive to SO2 absorption. The fineness of desulfurized limestone powder is 10% of 325 mesh sieve or 5% of 250 mesh sieve. Limestone pulverizing process flow of vertical roller mill

The limestone powder production line is composed of limestone raw material distribution system, grinding system, powder collection and transportation system, finished product storage system, heating system, water circulation system and compressed air supply system. The process flow of limestone powder production distributes the limestone raw materials in the steel hopper from the quantitative feeder to the feeding conveyor belt. The limestone is fed into the grinding mill for grinding. The materials that meet the finished product standard after grinding are sent to the dust collector by circulating air, and another part of large impurities are discharged from the vertical roller mill, and then return to the mill through the bucket elevator to continue grinding. The finished limestone powder is released from the hopper under the dust collector, sent to the finished product inventory storage through the air conveying chute, and finally delivered in batch in the bottom silo.

(1) The force of grinding and mixing on materials can be artificially controlled to ensure that the force on materials and equipment is uniform and constant;

According to relevant statistics, due to the reasonable structure and grinding mode of limestone vertical roller mill, the grinding efficiency of vertical mill is higher than that of horizontal grinding mill. The investment of horizontal dry mill pulverizing system is nearly 10% more than that of vertical dry mill pulverizing system. However, the technical and economic indexes are lower than those of vertical dry mill pulverizing system. Especially the power consumption per unit product, the vertical dry mill pulverizing system is 40% lower than the horizontal dry mill pulverizing system. It can be seen that the vertical dry mill pulverizing system is far superior to the horizontal dry mill pulverizing system in both technical and economic indicators.
