The process flow of quartz sand deep processing provided by the quartz sand vertical roller mill is as follows: the crushed granular quartz is stored in the raw material bin, and the valve is installed under the bin. After being lifted to the height required by the process system by the bucket elevator, it falls onto the leather machine. After the final iron removal, it falls into the intermediate bin, and is closed and connected with the closed quantitative feeder at the lower part of the bin. In addition, the closed is the closed connection between the quantitative feeder and the quartz sand vertical roller mill, so that the materials in the intermediate silo can play a good role in the medium of air lock. The closed quantitative feeder has four major functions: belt weigher, conveying material, cooperating with wind lock and quantitative feeding. Under the action of the closed quantitative feeder, the material is fed into the quartz sand vertical roller mill, where it is squeezed and ground into powder by the relative movement of the grinding roller and the grinding plate. The powder is selected by the powder concentrator in the mill, and the qualified powder is brought out of the mill with the airflow in the mill, and is collected by the high concentration pulse bag dust collector as a finished product: the unqualified coarse particles fall onto the grinding plate to continue grinding. Natural air can be used for ventilation in the mill. If the original moisture content of the crushed stone is more than 4%, the hot air generated by the hot air stove can also be introduced to evaporate the moisture of the raw material, and ensure that the moisture content of the product is less than 1%. In order to improve the grinding efficiency of the quartz vertical roller mill, on the basis of the internal circulation of the powder separation in the mill, the process layout adopts the design that can return the slag from the mill to the system equipment. By adjusting the return amount of the slag, the grinding efficiency can be improved, and the service life of the grinding roller and the grinding disc can be extended. The finished quartz powder collected by the dust collector is sent to the quartz powder bin through the conveying device for use.

 

Compared with the traditional quartz sand deep processing equipment, the single machine production capacity of the quartz sand vertical roller mill has been greatly improved, which meets the needs of large-scale industrial production in the quartz sand deep processing industry.
