It can also be used as a functional filler for ABS plastics to modify ABS plastics to meet the requirements of plastic processing and product application performance. The method of grinding broken glass fibers using a glass fiber powder Raymond mill: first, immerse the glass fiber waste in a treatment liquid for treatment, and then take out for washing, crushing, drying, and grinding to obtain the glass fiber waste powder; The specific operation method is as follows: (1) Mix the cement according to the water consumption of 22-28%, fully stir to form a cement slurry, and then take its supernatant after standing for 3-12h; (2) Soak the waste glass fiber in a mixed solution consisting of alkali solution and cement slurry supernatant for 2-72 hours, with a mass concentration of alkali in the mixed solution of 1-15% and a soaking temperature of 30-150 ℃. Wash the soaked glass fiber with tap water and crush it. The broken glass fiber waste is 1-3cm long, and then enter a drying furnace for drying at 120-650 ℃; (3) The dried glass fiber waste yarn enters the interior of the glass fiber powder grinding mill through a continuous feeder, and the powder with qualified particle size enters the glass powder homogenization silo. The particle size of the screened powder is required to pass a 100 mesh sieve.
