What is ardealite?  

In the production of phosphoric acid, there is a solid waste called ardealite that produced when sulfuric acid is used to treat phosphate, its main component is calcium sulfate, which is generally powdery in ashen, grayish yellow, light green and other colors. The discharge of ardealite slag occupies a large amount of land, leading a slag mountain and seriously polluting the environment. Using the ardealite grinding mill will efficiently save the pollution and increase the throughput.

What are the applications of ardealite?

1. Making gypsum powder. Cooked gypsum powder, β-cooked gypsum powder, α-cooked gypsum powder and so on. 

2. Decorative materials. Paper gypsum board, wheat straw gypsum board, gypsum partition board, stucco gypsum, and anhydrous gypsum cement.

3. Wall material. Ardealite sintered brick, ardealite non-fired brick, ardealite block.

4. Cement and cement retarder, sulphoaluminate cement, co-produced portland cement with sulfuric acid made from ardealite, ardealite slag cement.

5. Road building material. Enhancing the modification of the two-lime soil. 

6. New construction materials. Gypsum-based conductive materials, gypsum-based magnetic materials, high-speed cement solidification materials, and new thermal insulation materials.

7. Making ardealite sulfuric acid, ardealite ammonium sulfate, ardealite potassium sulfate, ardealite produce calcium sulfate pigment, etc.
