Transformation of Bucket Elevator to Reduce Wearing

Bucket elevator is a major device of cement vertical mill. Because of material scour, the bucket may be wore and leaking. The old structure majority applied in roller mills, the later design solved the problem, but most equipment still remains this problem.

The buckets are installed on double chains, the driving device rotates the main wheel and lifting the bucket to raise the material.
