I. When a new set of grinding mill goes into operation, you should frequently check the attachment bolts, especially the bolts on main mill and roller device.

II. Wore roller, ring and scraper should be replaced on time. Before changing the roller or remove the cover, marks should be made to avoid wrong installation.

III. The main mill roller should be removed and washed after operated 350 hours. The dirty oil and dust should all be washed, the broken sealing should also be replaced. If the parts are too dirty, or they were washed for several times, you should also remove the bearing for cleaning.

When removing and installing the roller assembly, you should pay attention:

1. The site should be clean without flying dust.

2. Gland nut and slotted nut are anti tooth nut, pay attention to direction of turning.

3. Cooper bar should be used when knocking the parts.

4. Use 3# molybdenum disulfide for bearing lubrication, the grease works better when fill half of the bearing.

5. The wool felt should be soaked with engine oil.

6. Hexagon socket screw should be tighten up with 25kg/m power. All the bolt and nut should be tightened to avoid looseness.

7. The sealing should be compressed with slotted nuts. The slotted nuts can not be too tight or too loose to let the roller rotates flexible.

IV. The grinding mill need a maintenance after operated 2500 hours.
