Tips for Grinding Mill Summer Operation

1. Clean the mill. Clean every parts of the mill, including main mill, ring, roller, motor, belt, gear, etc. All the facilities should be cleaned.
2. Check the power voltage, the mill should not be operated if the voltage is lower than 360V. Check the circuit to meet with the graph paper. Check the attachment bolts, screw up all bolts, especially the bolts of the main mill. Check the belt, main motor and rollers.
3. List the fault of the mill, from simple to difficult and then exclude one by one, especially safety related faults.
4. Lubricate the whole equipment according to the specification.
5. In summer, the temperature will be high for strong sun shine, and the rain may cause humid weather. The print on the mill might be peeled off. Paint repair should be made.
6. Avoid overheat. When operating, the temperature should be noticed, the temperature of the mill should not be over 100鈩? If the mill temperature goes too high, ventilate should be prepared, and, install high-power exhaust blower for cooling if necessary.
