Guilin Hongcheng Join Hands with Shenwu to Forge Large-scale Environmental Calcium Carbide Manufacture Project

Guilin Hongcheng join hands with Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd and created the large-scale, energy saving, environmentally friendly calcium carbine manufacture project. The two sets of HC1500 Grinding Mill of the first -stage project have been successfully installed. It can be predicted that the equipment will save up 100 million kw/h of electricity.

Advantages of HC Series Grinding Mill:

1. The grinding mill is in stereo-chemical structure, consume small floor space. The equipment has strong systematic because it can organize an independent and complete production system of raw material crushing, transporting, grinding to production collecting, storing and packing.

2. Exclusive patent of Hongcheng--unique swinging method (patent No.CN200720081221.1), advanced structure of new spider-arm and vertical pendulum roller facility. The equipment has low vibration, low noise, stable operation and reliable performance.

3. Constraint turbine classifying system (patent No.ZL201030143470.6): uniform and fine classifying. Applying the constraint turbine classifier, the production particle size range extent from 80-325 mesh to 80-600 mesh. The classifying range is larger and the accuracy is higher.
