Investment prospect of fly ash and selection of pulverize equipment

As an industrial waste, fly ash is rich in resources, low cost, and contains a large number of active ingredients, can be used in the building materials, concrete, chemical and other field after the separation of customized milling equipment  for secondary use of resources.

According to the Development and Reform Commission "bulk solid waste comprehensive utilization of implementation plan", fly ash comprehensive utilization rate shall be increased to 70% in 2015, through the implementation key projects to add 60 million tons of annual capacity. The government will promote the fine processing such as sorting and grinding, and will build 5-6 large-volume and high value-added comprehensive utilization bases of fly ash to form a number of dry coal-electricity-building materials cascade utilization industry cluster which is national supported and technology advanced medium-sized enterprises, to build some project which use fly ash to produce aerated concrete products, light wall, ceramic and other new building materials, while supporting 50 professional comprehensive utilization of fly ash backbone enterprises. Government to promote high-alumina fly ash comprehensive utilization demonstration projects in inner Mongolia, Shanxi and other places, focusing on 3-4 technologically advanced production lines.

The main use of fly ash

(1) Production of concrete, cement

Fly ash can be used as part of the alternatives concrete raw material after sorting and grinding, the amount of its incorporation will affect the concrete hardening level, strength, dry shrinkage and other characteristics, the maximum amount of incorporation is 40%; Fly ash cement production technology has been relatively mature, the highest content among cement is up to 75%.

(2) Production of building materials brick products

The fly ash, aggregate, cement and other raw materials after the measurement of ingredients, mixing, molding, curing and other processes, can be made into concrete blocks, aerated concrete bricks, fly ash concrete small hollow block, Coal ash brick and so on to meet different needs.

(3) Used in chemical industry

Fly ash can be extracted for the synthesis of high-purity alumina bauxite; the use of carbon-thermal reduction synthesis can be widely used in non-oxide ceramic material SiC powder making by using of fly ash; fly ash can be made into polymer filling materials which makes synthetic materials can be modified.

(4) Used as agricultural fertilizers, to improve soil

Fly ash is rich in trace elements such as silicon, boron, sulfur, zinc, copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, loose texture, can significantly improve the soil structure, to add appropriate additives according to scientific formula can obtained compound fertilizer.
