Jinchuan Group to complete the quartz mine 265,000 tons in the 3rd mining area

Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. Quarry Quartz Mine Mine has been completed 265,000 tons, the main economic and technical indicators have improved than planned, fully complete 2016 task of production and operation.

It is understood that the third mining areas is Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. main mine of three, mainly produce nickel ore, rod scrub and quartz stone.

The sand and gravel workshop has two sets of rods frosted production system with the production capacity of 4.3 million t/a. The production process flow is enhanced by pre-screening two-stage primary closed-circuit crushing, a wet bar grinding open-circuit grinding and grading machine and dehydration bin second dewatering.

Quartz stone workshop is open-pit mining. Production capacity of 700,000 t/a. Opencast mine design section is 12m high, the use of open blasting--electric excavator shovel loading--mine truck transport mining technology, the use of a closed-circuit crushing process.
