1. Grinding ring is loose.

2: Tighten the grinding ring.

3: Clean up the metal things.

II: Abnormal noise of main frame driving device

Cause:

Bearing is too loose.

Solution;

Replace the bearings.

III: Powder comes into the classifier bearing.

Cause:

1: Sealing part is broken.

2: Flange cover is loose.

Solution:

1: Dismantle and clean bearing to replace sealing parts.

2: Fasten the flange cover.
