High pressure centrifugal blower’s structure is complicated and it has many models, so there are varieties of malfunctions. To resolve these malfunctions, you must start with the adjustment of high pressure centrifugal blower so that not only the malfunctions can be resolved but also the performance &efficiency of high pressure centrifugal blower can be improved to a certain degree.

First make sure the starting mode of high pressure centrifugal blower is right, electric current is the key point in this process. Usually the full voltage starting current is 5-7 times the rated current, step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of voltage. If the power grid capacity is insufficient, the step-down starting must be adopted.

Because high pressure centrifugal blower has different models, the adjustment mode differs accordingly. If you start double speed high pressure centrifugal blower, the starting up must be done at low speed and you must make sure the rotation direction of the blower’s impellers is correct. If you start high pressure&speed blower, the starting up must be done when the blower is at rest to prevent impellers from rotating in the opposite direction.
