Why does high pressure centrifugal blower have resonance malfunction

High pressure centrifugal blower is important equipment in modern industry, it is widely used in factories,mines, tunnels,etc. for ventilation,cooling ,dust extraction and material conveying.  Some malfunctions occur inevitably after long time running ,this article tells you why high pressure centrifugal blower has resonance malfunction?

Usually the reasons for resonance malfunction are as follows.

1. Because cement base of high pressure centrifugal blower is too light, the cement grouting of the base is not proper,or the base’s planar dimensions are too small, so after a period of running ,high pressure centrifugal blower and the base separate at the joint,the foundation bolts are loosened,the rigidity if the base is not enough.

2. The rigidity of high pressure centrifugal blower’s base is too low or volute’s rigidity is too low.

3. Inlet& outlet pipes have no support structure&flexible connection.

4. Other equipment is too close to the base of the high pressure centrifugal blower, or its rigidity is too small.
