1. The application value of potash feldspar

Potash feldspar which is also called or those is alumino silicate mineral of alkaline earth metals or alkali metals such as kalium, natrium, calcium etc. Potash feldspar ore is non-water soluble kalium resource, it has relatively high kalium content, and it is widely distributed, the potash feldspar ore reserve in China is about 7.914 billion tons. Potash feldspar ore is widely used in the areas of glass, ceramic billet material, ceramic glaze material, electro-ceramics, grinding material, potash fertilizer and kinescope glass shell.

2. Potash feldspar vertical mill

Guilin Hong Cheng potash feldspar vertical mill which is the product based on years of R&D and introduction of foreign advanced technology has many national patents such as pulse dust collector.  It has the advantages of high output, wide grain size range and low energy consumption;  its energy consumption is over 40% lower compared with traditional mill, this standard is much higher than the national energy conservation and consumption reduction standard. 

3. The working principle of Potash feldspar vertical mill

The pressure device in HLM vertical mill is designed and produced by adopting standard modules, the number of rollers in the mill can be 2,3,4, or 6 at most, and the rollers can be installed by adopting the method of permutation and combination to use the fewest standard modules to produce multiple series of products, the demand for different grain size & output can be met.

The motor drives the reducer to rotate the millstone, the materials which are pushed to the space between rollers and millstone by centrifugal force are crushed, ground and smashed. Then the blower blows the powder to classifier , the large grain size powder falls down to be reground and the fine powder goes into pulse powder collector and is blown out through the pipes as finished product, the purified air is blown out through the pipes  above the pulse powder collector.
