1. The application value of coal gangue grinding mill

3. The working principle of coal gangue grinding mill
HLM vertical mill system consists of main engine, feeder, classifier, blower, pipes, storage hopper, electronic control system, collecting system etc.
The pressure device in HLM vertical mill is designed and produced by adopting standard modules, the number of rollers in the mill can be 2,3,4, or 6 at most, and the rollers can be installed by adopting the method of permutation and combination to use the fewest standard modules to produce multiple series of products, the demand for different fineness and output can be met.
The motor drives the reducer to rotate the millstone, the materials which are pushed to the space between rollers and millstone by centrifugal force are crushed, ground and smashed. Then the blower blows the powder to classifier , the large grain size powder falls down to be reground and the fine powder goes into pulse powder collector and is blown out through the pipes as finished product, the purified air is blown out through the pipes above the pulse powder collector.
