1. Production process of wollastonite

Vertical mill is ideal equipment for grinding wollastonite. This is also the mill equipment researched and updated by Guilin Hongcheng after decades of experience. 2. The process flow of vertical mill:

A. Broken

Crushing raw ore into proper size for feeding;

B. Milling

Materials move around the grinding plate and enter the grinding roller table. Under the action of grinding roller pressure, the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing.

C. Classifying

The hot air is evenly ejected from the air ring around the grinding plate at high speed, and the milled materials are blown by the high-speed air flow at the air ring. On the one hand, the coarse materials are blown back to the grinding plate for grinding again, on the other hand, the suspended materials are dried, and the fine powder is carried into the classifier by the hot air for classifying.

D. Collecting powder

Qualified fine powder flows out of the mill with air, and is collected by dust collection equipment.
