1. The use of ore powder

2. Production process of ore mill: detailed explanation of process of producing ore powder
The first stage: The crushed large ore is transported to the raw material warehouse by a special vehicle, and then the material is sent to the jaw crusher by a forklift/person for crushing til it is smaller than the feed size of the mill
The second stage: the crushed ore is lifted to the storage hopper by the elevator, The material is discharged from the storage hopper and then fed to the main machine evenly by the feeder
The third stage: After grinding process, the qualified products are screened by the screening system and enter the collector through the pipeline. After collection, they are discharged through the discharge valve and become finished products, While the unqualified products fall into the main machine for re-grinding
The fourth stage: the airflow after the purification of the finished product flows into the blower through the residual air pipe above the dust collector. The air path is circular. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the airflow in the other pipelines flows under negative pressure. The indoor sanitation is in good condition
