HC Series Grinding Mill widely applied in mineral grinding processing of metallurgy, construction material, chemical industry and mine fields, and is widely used to grind minerals with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture below 6%, such as limestone, calcite, active carbon, talc, dolomite, titanium dioxide, quartz stone, bauxite, marble, feldspar, barite, fluorite, gypsum, titanium iron ore, phosphate rock, argil, graphite, kaolin, diabase, coal gangue, wollastonite, slaked lime, zircon sand, bentonite, manganese, etc. The fineness can be adjusted from 0.18mm to 0.038mm (80-400 mesh).

    HC Series Grinding Mill is a revolutionary pendulum grinding mill. The equipment was developed from traditional Raymond mill after years of practicing, innovating and improving. HC mill has several patents of vertical pendulum structure, maintenance-free roller assembly, ultra-fine classifier, high efficiency exhaust system and easy maintenance driving system. The high technical index equipment is a really high efficiency, easy maintenance, stable operation, energy saving grinding mill.

    HC Series Grinding Mill consists of main mill, constraint turbine classifier, pipe system, high pressure blower, cyclone separator, electromagnetic-vibrating feeder, electronic control motor and jaw crusher, pan elevator. The main mill consists pedestal, return air box, shovel, roller, ring, housing and motor. The roller and ring are cast by wear-resistant material. Double gearing device and reducer device can be applied in the power unit of the whole system.

    The pre-grinding raw ore material will be crushed by the crusher and transported to the feeding hopper by the elevator. The speed-regulating feeder feeds raw material into the main mill from the feeding port. Driven by the actuator facility, the center shaft rotates the spider arm assembly, roller assembly and shovels together. The rotating roller assembly installed on the spider arm generates high centrifugal to pull the roller closer to the ring. Meanwhile, the materials are shoveled into the gap between the ring and roller by the shovel blades. Thus the raw material will be ground, extruded and stroke into fine powder by the rotary rollers and the ring. After ground, the powder will be blew up to the classifier by the blower and separated with the air. The qualified fine powder pass from the classifier, and then be collected by the cyclone. The unqualified products will fall back to the main mill for regrinding till qualified.

    1. Complete system:

    The grinding mill is in stereo-chemical structure, consume small floor space. The equipment has strong systematic because it can organize an independent and complete production system of raw material crushing, transporting, grinding to production collecting, storing and packing.

    2. Reliable performance:

    (1) Exclusive patent of Hongcheng--unique swinging method (patent No.CN200720081221.1), advanced structure of new spider-arm and vertical pendulum roller facility. The equipment has low vibration, low noise, stable operation and reliable performance.

    (2) Constraint turbine classifying system (patent No.ZL201030143470.6): uniform and fine classifying. Applying the constraint turbine classifier, the production particle size range extent from 80-325 mesh to 80-400 mesh. The classifying range is larger and the accuracy is higher.

    3. Energy saving and environmentally friendly:

    (1) Vertical pendulum structure offers higher grinding efficiency. Compared with R Series Grinding Mill, the capacity has 40% higher and the energy consumption has 30% lower.

    (2) Pulse exhaust system can be applied to deal with remain air (patent No.CN200820113691.6): filtering efficiency can reach 99.9%, dust concentration around air outlet port<30mg/m3, better than national standard.

    4. Convenient maintenance:

    (1) Applied high quality thicken steel to produce important parts, applied high performance wear-resistant material to produce wear-resistant parts. The equipment has high wear-resisting property and long service time.

    (2) Applied multilayer obstruct structure to ensure sealed roller device (patent No.CN200820113450.1): the roller device working in high dust concentration condition, traditional R series mill can not seal the roller by laminate sealing and have to be lubricated every day.

    (3) Centralized controlled electric system realized unmanned operation and easy maintenance.

    (4)Creative double belt driving device (patent No.CN200820104043.4): bad operating, large feeding material and hard matter may cause damage to the reducer and lead to heavy maintenance job. But, double belt driving device has simple structure and can offer reliable operating and easy maintenance.
